We had an amazing family getaway at this beautiful hotel surrounded by stunning hiking trails. The heated swimming pool and toddler pool were a hit with our little one. The spacious rooms had everything we needed, including a diaper bin, kids' plate, and bottle warmer. The restaurant served delicious food and had a small play area for the kids. The hotel provided a baby cot and the renovated rooms were cozy and well-equipped. The breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful start to the day. Can't wait to return!

The very friendly staff was always helpfully and kind. The room was comfortable, the breakfast so various and complete, and the hotel is pretty situated in this very green area on top of a hill with a great view. I love to come back!

WIFI internet isn't free, and also not accessible in the whole hotel. This would be a great plus, if the hotel will arrange this. I've once - in the week I stayed there - used the internet for 1 hour, and the staff was helpfull in helping me out getting my laptop "wired".

Good location, appropriate for families with children, late breakfast (until 12.00), spa facilities

Rooms are clean, spacious, and offer nice views. Multilingual staff provide helpful service. Good food, especially the breakfast. Beautiful location for hiking. Indoor tennis court is a great amenity.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at our spacious bungalow located just a short walk away from the hotel. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, including a lovely restaurant with a delicious breakfast buffet and great value evening buffet. The kids were especially thrilled with the wide variety of desserts on the evening buffet. We also enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and gym facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was beautiful, with plenty of hiking options and other activities nearby.

Spa area is a bit limited. A whirlpool is missing, for example. Wifi is expensive and in my opinion should be free in any hotel nowadays - come on, we are 2012 now :-) Access to the spa area normally costs extra too (8€ /day pp), although they didn't charge us for the one day we went (maybe because we had booked a massage as well), the first day I decided not to go to the sauna for this reason as I only had an hour.

It was all superb.

We had a great stay with excellent facilities, friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel is located in the beautiful Eifel mountains, with easy transportation to the restaurant. Breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. The staff was always ready to help, even offering a parking spot and an extra pillow for our room.

Nothing was wrong; it was a perfect stay.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the availability of a gym and a good breakfast served every morning. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by mountains and natural settings. The staff was courteous and helpful, providing information on the activities offered in the area.

The facilities were quite outdated, and the absence of an elevator was quite inconvenient. There was no heating in our room, which made our stay uncomfortable.
